The Creative Ladder’s Next Leadership Bootcamp Will Be in Washington, D.C.

The Creative Ladder’s signature in-person event series is coming to Washington, D.C., for the first time on March 1, 2024.

Creative Ladder DC brings together rising talents from underrepresented backgrounds and some of the region’s most inspiring, innovative leaders from creative industries such as advertising, marketing and design.

The event is free to attend but requires going through an application process to ensure the limited seating is made available to those who could benefit most from the opportunity.

The application window closes Feb. 18, 2024.

Since launching in 2022, The Creative Ladder has hosted one-day leadership bootcamps in New York City, Atlanta and Los Angeles, eliciting tremendously positive feedback from attendees and speakers alike.

In addition to keynote sessions for all attendees, Creative Ladder DC will feature programming in three tracks: Authenticity, Advancement and Adaptation. Each will feature highly engaging breakout sessions where attendees can feel empowered to be candid about the obstacles and opportunities that could shape their career paths.

Speakers at Creative Ladder DC will include:

  • Brittany Packnett Cunningham, acclaimed activist, educator, writer and vice president of social impact at BET

  • Chloe Dulce Louvouezo, author, community curator and senior creative producer for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

  • Christina Wingard, senior manager, Deloitte

  • Raj Aggarwal, president, Provoc

  • Rekha Patricio, vice president of marketing communications, American Forests
