Bootcamps & Summits

Join us for a can’t-miss day of inspiration and education. The Creative Ladder® hosts half and day-long, in-person Bootcamps and Summits, in different regions of the United States in order to connect our local creative community through networking opportunities. Attendees are able to hone their leadership skills through sessions facilitated by innovative creative industry leaders.

    80% of creative professionals say they haven’t been offered leadership training in any consistent way. When promoted, they often feel set up to fail. Leadership Bootcamps offer leadership training geared toward the most pressing needs of rising talent from underrepresented backgrounds.
