How The Creative Ladder Supported 1,300+ Rising Talents in Its First Year

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since The Creative Ladder launched with the mission of making creative industries more accessible and inclusive, but what a year it’s been!

Since being announced at Cannes Lions 2022, The Creative Ladder has supported 1,307 rising professionals via our in-person career bootcamp events, leadership training programs, virtual events and industry partnerships.

During that time, The Creative Ladder community has grown to more than 12,000 members who’ve signed up via email and 59,000 social media followers.

Also launched in this first fiscal year was The Creative Ladder’s Career Finder quiz app, which has already been used by more than 30,000 aspiring creative professionals.
