Find the Right Jobs for You With Creative Ladder’s New Career Finder Quiz

Is it possible to figure out your future in just a few minutes?

While it might not be a crystal ball, The Creative Ladder’s new Career Finder quiz can at least help you discover what kinds of career paths and specific jobs might be a good fit for you.

Try the Career Finder quiz for yourself and see what roles might be right for your talents, interests and personality!

Designed with users age 16-21 in mind, the quiz only takes a few minutes to complete, after which it will analyze your strengths and recommend high-potential jobs for you within marketing, advertising, design, production, media and more.

The app was designed and built by Work & Co., the digital product agency Creative Ladder partnered with for the project. The Career Finder matches users with up to 45 different roles in creative industries, and The Creative Ladder team plans to expand the app to include even more career options in the future.

Here’s a short video from Work & Co. to give you a feel for how Career Finder works:

"Since the earliest days of developing The Creative Ladder, we've wanted to have a simple, shareable tool that any talented young person could use to learn about creative careers in marketing, advertising, design and commercial production," Creative Ladder co-founder and Chief Content Officer David Griner told Ad Age. "The Career Finder is exactly what we'd envisioned. Our hope is that it will introduce thousands of tomorrow's top talents to potential jobs that help them turn their passions into potential careers."

Just two weeks after it was launched, the Creative Ladder Career Finder had already been used more than 16,000 times.

You can find the Career Finder at quiz.creativeladder.org.
