The Creative Ladder’s highly popular series of in-person Leadership Bootcamps is coming to Washington, D.C., for the first time!

Creative Ladder L.A. 2023

This one-day Leadership Bootcamp offered hands-on leadership training for rising creative professionals from underrepresented backgrounds who are based in and around Los Angeles.

At this event, dozens of emerging creative industry leaders gathered for a phenomenal day of engaging, uplifting and inspiring training sessions led by The Creative Ladder. The day was packed with insights from innovative leaders across marketing, advertising, design and more.
